About the role
- Execute personnel (HR) department processes and routines
- Strong knowledge of the complete payroll process for employees and contractors
- Data entries
- Reconciliations
- Closing of social charges on the eSocial portal and digital FGTS
- Perform hiring/onboarding processes when necessary
- Handle electronic timekeeping issues
- Reconcile and record overtime hours
- Provide support to the Accounting/Controllership and Finance Coordination
- Skilled in producing management reports and supporting requests from Coordination
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management or related areas
- Experience with Protheus (TOTVS)
- Experience in labor law (CLT) with payroll routines
- Closing of labor-related charges
- Financial forecasting of personnel costs
- eSocial
- Vacation processing
- Benefits administration
- Other activities related to the Personnel/HR area
