Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Public Management, Law, or related fields.
- Preferably trained in the Electronic Information System (SEI), administrative routines, contract management, attestation and payment processes, basic human resources concepts, and computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Courses in public management or administrative processes are a plus.
- Experience with processing procedures in SEI, drafting orders and technical notes, deadline control, contract attestation and payment, administrative routines, and support for HR requests.
- Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheets, document organization, and control of internal workflows.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant area.
