About the role
- Perform People Management/HR activities such as Recruitment and Selection
- Training and Development
- Performance Evaluation
- Onboarding of new employees
- Internal marketing (employee communications)
- Terminations
- Manage complex job, career and compensation matters
- Implement actions for the Quality of Work Life program
- Prepare documents for processes linked to the HR area
- Provide support to employees and suppliers/vendors
- Monitor HR indicators/KPIs developed by the area
- Oversee the management of Internship, Young Apprentice and People with Disabilities (PwD) programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management, Organizational Psychology or related areas
- Experience with recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in performance evaluation
- Experience in training and development
- Experience designing internal marketing/employee engagement initiatives
- Experience with compensation benchmarking/salary surveys
- Experience conducting organizational climate/employee engagement surveys
- Knowledge of administrative processes and business writing
