About the role
- Execute personnel department processes and routines
- Strong knowledge of the full payroll process for employees and contractors
- Data entry
- Reconciliations
- Closing of social charges on the eSocial portal and FGTS Digital
- Perform the full hiring/onboarding process
- Manage electronic time and attendance issues
- Review and record overtime hours
- Provide support to the Controllership and Finance Coordination
- Skilled in producing management reports and supporting requests from Coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management or related areas
- Knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS)
- Experience with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and payroll routines
- Reconciliation and settlement of labor-related charges
- Financial cost projections related to staffing
- eSocial
- Vacation management
- Benefits administration
- Other activities related to the Personnel Department area
