About the role

  • Provide expert engineering and consulting services to clients, helping them understand and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 products.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams with architect-level oversight to ensure best practices and scalable solutions.
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and other Microsoft 365 products.
  • Oversee the development of best practices and standards for deployment and configuration.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Design and implement Intune in customer environments for all OS platforms.
  • Implement and manage security and compliance solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment to protect organizational data.
  • Develop business case, technical, and risk assessments for VDI use cases.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates and proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 products, including Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working as an engineer or support personnel for on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Must have deep knowledge and experience of Intune and Workspace ONE specifically.
  • Advanced ability to leverage scripting, automation, coding, and AI tools where necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to develop solutions based on specific customer requirements.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and demonstrate the value of Microsoft 365 products.
  • Experience in achieving appropriate balance between endpoint security and employee experience.
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Consulting-minded with a strong customer value-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with competing products in device management, privilege access management, servers, networking, etc. is a plus.
  • Certifications: MD-102 and MS-102 required.
  • At least one AZ certification (104, 140, or 500).
  • At least one SC certification (100, 200, 300, or 400).
