About the role

  • **Your Responsibilities**
  • Identify and systematically pursue new business opportunities in the German market
  • Confidently present our solutions to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with venues (clubs, arenas, amusement parks), hotels and similar establishments
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal to contract signing
  • Work closely with teams in Germany and Belgium to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events and customer visits in Germany

Requirements

  • **Your Profile**
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in or a strong affinity for the entertainment/event industry is an advantage
  • Strong commercial understanding with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • High degree of self-responsibility combined with the ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to engage in active prospecting, including cold calling and negotiation meetings
