About the role
- **Your Responsibilities**
- Identify and systematically pursue new business opportunities in the German market
- Confidently present our solutions to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with venues (clubs, arenas, amusement parks), hotels and similar establishments
- Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal to contract signing
- Work closely with teams in Germany and Belgium to ensure successful project delivery
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events and customer visits in Germany
Requirements
- **Your Profile**
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in or a strong affinity for the entertainment/event industry is an advantage
- Strong commercial understanding with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
- Fluent German and good command of English
- High degree of self-responsibility combined with the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to engage in active prospecting, including cold calling and negotiation meetings
