About the role
- Identification and systematic pursuit of new business opportunities in the German market
- Persuasive presentation of our solutions to potential customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with venues (clubs, arenas, amusement parks), hotels and similar partners
- Independently managing the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and proposals to contract closing
- Close collaboration with teams in Germany and Belgium to ensure successful project delivery
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
- Representing the company at trade shows, networking events and customer visits across Germany
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in or a strong affinity for the entertainment/event industry is an advantage
- Strong commercial understanding with a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial working style
- Fluent German and good command of English
- High level of personal responsibility combined with strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to engage in active acquisition, including cold calling and negotiations
