About the role

  • Identification and systematic pursuit of new business opportunities in the German market
  • Persuasive presentation of our solutions to potential customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with venues (clubs, arenas, amusement parks), hotels and similar partners
  • Independently managing the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and proposals to contract closing
  • Close collaboration with teams in Germany and Belgium to ensure successful project delivery
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and commercial initiatives
  • Representing the company at trade shows, networking events and customer visits across Germany

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in or a strong affinity for the entertainment/event industry is an advantage
  • Strong commercial understanding with a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial working style
  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • High level of personal responsibility combined with strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to engage in active acquisition, including cold calling and negotiations
