Requirements
3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience within industries like manufacturing, energy, transportation, education, or healthcare.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.
A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills and collaborative, service-first mindset.
Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Strong self-motivation and personal drive; ability to work independently without direct daily oversight.
High energy, results-driven individual; comfortable with accountability.
Must reside in or be local to the Grand Rapids, MI area.
Regular travel within the assigned territory and ability to manage schedule and travel independently.
