  • Skilled in identifying client needs, recommending solutions, and developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Support sales efforts with demos, product examples, and portfolio showcases.
  • Assist with submittals for permits and approvals through design firms or agencies.
  • Accurately compile and enter project estimates into CRM systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for producing technical designs and drawings.
  • Help create asset sheets for installed materials.
  • Provide technical leadership and support across departments to resolve customer issues.
