• Support new clients during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth start with our technology
• Assist with creating and updating customer records and documentation in the CRM system
• Contribute to developing and implementing customer retention and satisfaction strategies
• Organize and conduct webinars, workshops and other customer training initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback across multiple channels
