About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Mentor & lead your team of General Managers in various locations
- Oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily
- Be the contact for all business operations within your district
- Ensure the growth and development of your teams within the district
- Handle the day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth
- Improve the guest experience and instill a culture of positivity and growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
