About the role
- building client and partner relationships
- pursuing and winning bridge- and/or structure-centric projects
- managing and delivering those projects
- develop project proposals (including scope, schedule, and budget)
- build project teams

- train engineers in the development of construction/contract documents (PS&E)

Requirements
- B.S. Civil Engineering
- California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
- 12+ years of progressive work experience in structural/bridge design and project management
