About the role
- Build and grow a U.S. IP practice on an international law platform
- Shape the U.S. practice and influence office development
- Step into a leadership role and expand practice through global referrals
- Set billing rates and run an autonomous practice
- Capture higher take-home compensation through transparent splits and cross-selling incentives
- Leverage firm marketing, administrative, and infrastructure resources to scale practice
Requirements
- Portable book of business $500K - $4MM+
- IP/Patent focus - prosecution, litigation, or related technology transactional practice
- Demonstrated client development and interest in leveraging global opportunities
- Collaborative mindset and appetite to contribute to U.S. expansion
- Lateral partner experience in Intellectual Property, Patent and Trademark practice areas
