About the role
- Disciplinary responsibility for workshops, production planning and site management
- Introduction and continuous development of assembly and quality standards worldwide
- Analysis, design and improvement of assembly planning through to international site logistics
- Strategic development of the assembly business with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability
Requirements
- Several years of operational leadership experience in plant or special machine engineering with an international focus
- Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering) or equivalent qualification with additional training as a master craftsman/technician (Meister/Techniker)
- Structured leader with strong people-management skills and a hands-on mentality
- Proficient in production control, assembly planning and process management
- Interculturally experienced and comfortable working in complex project structures
- Fluent in German and English – additional languages welcome
