About the role

  • Disciplinary responsibility for foreman teams/workshops, work preparation and site management
  • Implementation and continuous development of assembly and quality standards worldwide
  • Analysis, design and improvement of assembly planning through to international site logistics
  • Strategic development of the assembly business with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability

Requirements

  • Several years of operational leadership experience in plant or special-purpose machinery manufacturing with international exposure
  • Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering) or equivalent qualification with further training to Meister/Techniker level (master craftsman/technician)
  • Strong organizer with leadership skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Proficient in production control, assembly planning and process management
  • Experienced in intercultural environments and confident in complex project structures
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
