About the role
- You will build your own client base
- You will hold conversations with decision-makers
- You will identify opportunities before the client sees them
- You will support projects from the first call through to contract signing
- You will work closely with the technical and project teams
Requirements
- Initial experience in B2B sales with clients in the real estate or residential sector (e.g., property managers, project developers, portfolio/asset holders)
- Desire for responsibility rather than micromanagement
- Commercial/business-minded thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Energy. Ambition. Drive to close deals.
- Degree? Vocational training? Nice to have, but not decisive. More important is that you want to make an impact.
