Bookkeeper

• Take full responsibility for all bank and Inter-company reconciliations within the AGS EMEA Group.
• Complete weekly bank reconciliations for designated AGS EMEA entities in various currencies.
• Ensure all reconciling items are investigated fully and cleared before current month end.
• Follow up on any open items with various teams including AP, Treasury, and Payroll.
• Complete and take ownership of Intercompany schedules for all designated AGS EMEA entities.
• Ensure that VAT being processed correctly for transactions and correctly reported on invoices.
• Work with Senior Accountants and Treasury to process quarterly repayments.
• Build effective relationships with other internal departments.
• Support the Finance Team with tasks during busy periods and annual/interim audit requests.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested by supervisors.
