About the role
- Provide HVAC expertise within the company
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of installations
- Full management of HVAC projects (studies/design, organization, execution, handover)
- Organize and supervise sites (scheduling, human and material resources)
- Attend site meetings and manage client relations
- Establish and structure the new HVAC activity
- Support the upskilling and development of internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial (tertiary) and/or industrial HVAC
- Proficiency with systems: VRV/DRV, heat pumps, AHUs (air handling units), boiler rooms, fan coil units
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic and airflow (aeraulic) schematics
- Good knowledge of standards, DTU and industry best practices
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven professional experience in HVAC
- Technical diploma (Bac Pro, BTS, DUT/BUT, professional qualification) or equivalent experience (VAE accepted)
