About the role
- Support daily management of orders, status checks, exception handling, returns and invoice verification
- Assist with structured handling of inquiries, perform systematic root-cause analysis, and help develop standard responses and workflows
- Identify recurring issues, document them (SOPs), simplify processes and translate them into tools/checklists
- Communicate with logistics, customer support, purchasing, marketing and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- You are a currently enrolled student (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Business Informatics or similar — more important is that you are structured)
- You speak German at least at B2 level, both written and spoken
- You work reliably and with attention to detail and enjoy working with processes and data quality
- Nice-to-have: Initial experience with Amazon Seller Central / FBA or marketplace operations
- Understanding of master data logic (attributes, variants, required fields)
- Interest in automation and AI
