About the role
- Work as a Portfolio Business Analyst (PBA) on our team as the primary point of contact (POC).
- Help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in performance monitoring.
- Apply your knowledge to manage customer expectations and manage escalations as they arise.
- Use your skills to communicate and report status, issues, risks, and roadblocks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading a team in the fielding of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software of both a simple and complex nature.
- Experience with the creation of schedules, deployment plans, customer communications, and setting performance expectations based on input from all team members
- Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies including DevSecOps, Agile, Kanban
- Strong customer relationship management/customer experience
- Ability to identify all activities required in the near, mid, and long-term phases of the program
- Possess experience in planning to ensure deployments can be performed on schedule and with available resources
- HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of relevant professional experience or BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, math, or equivalent discipline with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
