About the role

  • Draft, review and assist in negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including refining agreements, sale and purchase contracts, trading and financing contracts, IT and marketing agreements
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice on contractual rights, obligations and risk exposure, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable regulations
  • Maintain and update contract templates and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, working closely with internal teams across the company (finance, operations, compliance, ESG, etc.) and the Group
  • Support and coordinate contract management processes, including maintaining contract databases, tracking key terms and deadlines, and ensuring proper execution and archiving of agreements

Requirements

  • Master's degree in law (LL.M. or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience
  • Knowledge / experience in commodities is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Resistance to stress and time-pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
  • Agile and flexible mindset, reactive to requests
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Full professional proficiency in Office 365 is expected
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and French is required
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset
  • Swiss national, EU national, or holder of a valid Swiss work permit
