Conduct projects from diagnosis through to the delivery of strategic recommendations and solution prototypes.
Apply Service Design methodologies such as journey mapping, service blueprints, prioritization matrices and prototyping.
Manage project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines, scope and quality are met.
Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks to ensure delivery on time and at the expected quality.
Facilitate co-creation and discovery workshops with stakeholders across different areas.
Translate insights into tangible value propositions, connecting business needs to user-centered solutions.
Support the team in structuring executive deliverables, such as presentations, reports and innovation roadmaps.
Act as a bridge between design, technology and business teams, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency in deliverables.
Manage expectations and communications with stakeholders, including clients, vendors and senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Innovation, Design Thinking, Project Management or related areas are a plus.
Proven experience in service design and innovation project management, preferably in consultancies or companies focused on new solutions.
Experience with project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, hybrid or similar).
Familiarity with discovery and ideation methodologies (Design Thinking, Double Diamond, etc.).
Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, UX/UI principles and prototyping tools.
Solid project management experience with practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Analytical capability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Proactive, creative, leadership-oriented and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
