Define the learning strategy and participant experience aligned with the target audience's needs and organizational objectives.
Create and customize content, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of instructional materials and courses.
Create assessment resources and activities that contribute to a dynamic and enriching learning experience.
Stay up to date with trends and advances in education, incorporating new approaches, methodologies and resources into created materials and courses.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of materials and courses, adjusting strategy and approach as necessary.
Identify areas for content improvement and liaise with content authors for adaptation, correction or revision, enhancing resources and making content engaging and interactive.
Keep project documentation and folders of instructional materials and courses organized and up-to-date.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Teaching (Licenciatura) or related fields.
Specialization in instructional design.
Excellent command of Portuguese.
Advanced knowledge of Google for Education tools and features.
Experience creating instructional content for publishers (editorial market).
Strong ability to synthesize information.
Attention to document formatting details and writing standards.
At least 3 years' experience as a lead/primary teacher.
Preferred: Specialization in instructional design and at least 2 years of experience in the education market.
Google for Education Level 1 and Level 2 certifications.
Knowledge and experience using Google tools.
Knowledge and experience designing and implementing projects using flipped classroom and project-based learning methodologies.
Knowledge in creating learning objects using open-source resources, storytelling, creative learning, artificial intelligence, active methodologies and maker culture.
Desirable: knowledge of Spanish.
