Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for coordinating, executing, and measuring the success of the MJ Holding retail business plan
develop and maintain effective, mutually beneficial relationships with internal departments
optimize value through efficient and effective business practices
collaborate with merchandising vendors to ensure visit accuracy and service quality
review and verify the accuracy of field merchandising activity reports
demonstrate effective time management while maintaining accurate reporting
resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining root causes
identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve merchandising execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree is required
Ability to analyze sales trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify insights and operational opportunities
Proven capability in coordinating vendor relationships or working within multi-vendor environments
Demonstrated support of store audits, compliance checks, and operational standards
Exposure to or background in retail distribution or category management preferred
Detailed-oriented
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to accept accountability and show initiative
