About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for coordinating, executing, and measuring the success of the MJ Holding retail business plan
- develop and maintain effective, mutually beneficial relationships with internal departments
- optimize value through efficient and effective business practices
- collaborate with merchandising vendors to ensure visit accuracy and service quality
- review and verify the accuracy of field merchandising activity reports
- demonstrate effective time management while maintaining accurate reporting
- resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining root causes
- identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve merchandising execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Ability to analyze sales trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify insights and operational opportunities
- Proven capability in coordinating vendor relationships or working within multi-vendor environments
- Demonstrated support of store audits, compliance checks, and operational standards
- Exposure to or background in retail distribution or category management preferred
- Detailed-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to accept accountability and show initiative
