About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Processing of data entry requests from Forecasting, Account Management and Product Teams
Setup of product offerings, production items, and merchandising displays
Inter-departmental communication, working with Finance for pricing approvals
Developing and maintaining relationships with Forecasting, Finance, and Product & Account Management teams
Supporting overall metrics, strategic goals and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Experience processing and maintaining data records in business systems
Strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities
Experience administering and supporting process improvements, software/workflow changes, or special projects
Documentation procedures and helping train others
Prior experience in the trading card, retail distribution, or category management industry a plus
