About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability.
Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly.
Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing.
Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed.
Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records.
Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope.
Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment.
Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.
Ability to create project plans from SOWs and manage through execution in a high-volume services delivery environment.
Experienced user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar.
