Customer Support

• The Water Treatment Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Miura branch offices, factory, and Miura representatives regarding maintenance, production, and sales inquiries.
• This includes the creation and implementation of support documents, traveling to customer sites for events such as hands-on training and maintenance support, reviewing water analysis reports, and answering inquiries from both maintenance and sales.
• They are also responsible for analyzing and supporting water treatment business development through activities such as data analysis, product development, and quality improvement.
• Communication and collaboration includes daily interaction with employees at all levels within Miura, including but not limited to, sales, maintenance, administration, engineering, and production staff.
