About the role

  • Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy, including territory planning, account ownership, vertical focus, and resource allocation
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by building strong pipelines and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Lead a solutions-driven sales approach, positioning Mitto as the preferred CPaaS partner through clear competitive differentiation
  • Identify, qualify, secure, and cultivate new enterprise accounts while expanding existing strategic relationships
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across strategic accounts
  • Own selected high-impact accounts when required and ensure full lifecycle customer satisfaction (acquisition, implementation, support)
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team, setting clear targets and accountability standards
  • Plan and execute recruitment and onboarding aligned with the approved sales strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Product, Finance, etc.) to structure and deliver complex enterprise solutions, including participation in global RFPs
  • Represent Mitto at industry events and executive engagements while actively promoting and expanding the enterprise business
  • Foster a positive team environment to maintain morale and engagement.

Requirements

  • Telecom and messaging experience (CPaaS, SMS, Voice, Telecom Data, Carrier ecosystem)
  • Proven track record leading enterprise sales teams to exceed revenue targets
  • Experience closing complex B2B deals and managing strategic accounts
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build C-level relationships
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Talent for coaching, motivating, and scaling high-performing teams
  • Customer-focused, ensuring superior experience and long-term partnerships.
