About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational and administrative support to MLS logistics team
Ensure accurate data entry, shipment setup, and system integrity within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
Enter and validate shipment data within TMS
Create loads and generate shipping documents (Rate Confirmations, BOL’s, Etc)
Assist with tracking shipments and flagging exceptions
Support carrier setup and onboarding processes
Schedule pickups and appointments
Maintain accurate shipment and customer data
Assist with freight audit and invoice validation
Support plant onboarding and data cleanup
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 – 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or related function
Demonstrated attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn new systems and processes efficiently
Strong organization and time management skills
Interest in developing a long-term career within logistics or operations
