About the role

  • Provide operational and administrative support to MLS logistics team
  • Ensure accurate data entry, shipment setup, and system integrity within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Enter and validate shipment data within TMS
  • Create loads and generate shipping documents (Rate Confirmations, BOL’s, Etc)
  • Assist with tracking shipments and flagging exceptions
  • Support carrier setup and onboarding processes
  • Schedule pickups and appointments
  • Maintain accurate shipment and customer data
  • Assist with freight audit and invoice validation
  • Support plant onboarding and data cleanup
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or related function
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes efficiently
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Interest in developing a long-term career within logistics or operations
