About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of APR and Lease rate and residual value worksheets.
Support the development and delivery of incentive information to captive finance partners.
Review and validate incentive program information to ensure accuracy.
Assist with maintaining accurate offer disclaimers and information within website offer management tools.
Monitor incentive program expenses and identify trends or variances from budget expectations.
Support month-end accrual calculations and related reporting activities.
Assist with preparation of journal entry support and account reconciliations.
Review and validate billing files received from captive finance partners.
Help investigate and explain drivers of actual versus budget variances.
Conduct research on competitor incentive offers, financing programs, and market trends.
Compile, analyze, and summarize data to support business decision-making.
Assist in evaluating the competitiveness and effectiveness of incentive programs.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and external business partners.
Assist with incentive program audits, validations, and quality checks.
Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
Support the incentives team with ongoing operational and analytical activities.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, incentive analysis, pricing, budgeting, accounting, or related analytical functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
