About the role

  • Lead enterprise‑level continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance
  • Champion, facilitate, and sustain improvement events
  • Train and mentor employees in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
  • Lead training on new processes, quality standards, and Lean methods
  • Analyze operational performance metrics
  • Manage a portfolio of improvement and operational projects
  • Conduct financial, statistical, and ROI analyses
  • Apply analytical and statistical tools
  • Communicate improvement strategies, progress, and results
  • Serve as a facilitator and project manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline
  • 7 years of experience leading cross‑functional process improvement projects
  • Demonstrated application of continuous improvement tools
  • A Master’s degree may substitute for some experience
  • Green Belt, ADKAR Change Management Practitioner, or PMP certification a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with business and technical computer applications
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
  • Ability to travel 25%
