About the role

  • Supports the Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Develops core project management skills across planning, engineering, and procurement
  • Monitors project performance and prepares updates and reports
  • Manages OEM scope execution, including progress reporting and issue resolution
  • Collaborates with Global Supply Chain to manage OEM purchase orders and invoice approvals.
  • Coordinates with OEM fulfillment teams on shipping plans and logistics tracking.
  • Assists with project risk management and maintains project documentation.
  • Supports change management processes and fosters strong collaboration among teams.
  • Engages in professional development and chairs team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) in Engineering or related field from four-year college or university
  • At least 4 years of related experience.
  • Maintain a valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiar with SAP, project scheduling
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design, database, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
