About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Conduct behavioral and technical screenings
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
- Provide timely updates and communication to candidates
- Advise hiring managers on interview best practices
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Coach and support managers in job description development
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain a robust network of qualified technical professionals
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
- At least four (4) years focused on technical roles
- Proven success sourcing and engaging engineers and technical talent
- Strong understanding of complex engineering disciplines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities
- Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices
