About the role
- Provide comprehensive technical leadership and support for the Generator Services Business.
- Coordinate Generator product line support needs, including outage forecasting, vendor repairs, and parts manufacturing.
- Drive operational excellence by enhancing processes and ensuring all assigned KPIs are achieved.
- Review and approve Generator scope-of-work cost estimates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to forecast future service needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience in generator design, operation, diagnostics, testing, or service.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and passport required.
