About the role
- The Project Financial Analyst II is responsible for managing and analyzing the financial performance of New Generation Systems (NGS) projects.
- This role supports project managers and finance leadership through accurate budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- The position also leads efforts, collaborates with leadership, and provides strategic oversight to ensure efficiencies.

- Track, control, and forecast project budgets in accordance with company accounting policies.
- Lead monthly Estimation at Completion (EAC) reviews and validate financial projections.
- Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and cost allocation in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Prepare financial reports including variance analysis, budget tracking, and cash flow summaries.
- Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support close financial activities and audits while contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes.
- Perform other such duties as may be required.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant Finance, Accounting, and Business discipline or technical diploma from college or university and 5 Years extensive direct experience project financial analysis and SAP system is required.
- Experience with Financial forecasting and cost analysis desired.
- Strong analytical skills related to engineering problem solving.
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, electronic mail required.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
- Minimal travel is required 5-10%.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis and must not require employer immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
