About the role
- Responsibility for our projects – from planning to successful implementation
- Combining organizational skill with technical expertise
- Independently lead engineering tasks and coordinate on-site activities and commissioning
- Ensure that complex industrial plants operate efficiently and reliably
- Serve as the central liaison between customers, interdisciplinary teams, and partners
Requirements
- A completed degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automation industry
- In-depth knowledge of automation systems (switchgear, drive technology, control and SCADA/plant control systems)
- Experience in engineering processes as well as site coordination and commissioning
- Familiarity with industrial plants, organizational structures, and a practical, solution-oriented working style – ideally in the steel industry
- Knowledge of and certification in common project management methods
- Willingness to travel for on-site and commissioning assignments
- Valid driving license (Class B)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Risk awareness and a strong sense of responsibility

- Strong communication and team skills
- Organizational skills and the right degree of pragmatism
