About the role
- Preparation of quotations and proposals
- Planning, review and processing of tender documents and specifications
- Technical and commercial clarifications with customers and internal specialist departments
- Development of technical concepts and their elaboration up to offer maturity (e.g., switchgear, drive systems, control and supervisory systems)
- Preparation and management of cost calculations and proposal texts
- Close cooperation with our other sites
- Preparation and management of supplier enquiries
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with technical, commercial and schedule-related requirements
- Participation in projects, including taking responsibility for smaller projects
- Preparation of high-level technical planning for automation systems
- Advisory support during detailed planning
- Aftersales support focused on modernizations, upgrades and service offerings to improve efficiency, reliability and precise system functionality
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Deep knowledge of automation systems (switchgear, drive systems, control and supervisory systems)
- Desirable: experience in technical sales, proposal preparation and/or electrical design
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license (class B)
- Excellent German and good English skills
