About the role
- The Procurement Agent plays a key role in ensuring smooth material flow within the supply chain.
- Identify sourcing options and manage the quote gathering process.
- Expedite critical orders and resolve basic supplier performance issues.
- Oversee order status reporting escalations from the logistics team.
- Maintain communication and alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure the system is up to date.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and procurement tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- English language proficiency is required for this role.
