About the role
- Responsibility for our projects – from planning through to successful implementation
- Combining organizational aptitude with technical expertise
- Independently leading engineering tasks
- Coordination of construction sites and commissioning activities
- Ensuring efficient and reliable plant operations
- Serving as the central interface between customers, interdisciplinary teams and partners
Requirements
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the automation industry
- In-depth knowledge of automation systems (control panels, drive technology, control and SCADA systems)
- Experience with engineering processes as well as site coordination and commissioning
- Familiarity with industrial plants, organizational structures and a practical, solution-oriented working style – ideally in the steel industry
- Knowledge of and certification in common project management methods
- Willingness to travel for site and commissioning assignments
- Driver’s license class B
- Very good German and English language skills
