Program Manager

• Lead and manage the operations and execution aspects of the HGPP parts
• Work cross-functionally with all organizations to support the corporate S&OP process
• Supervise the development of budgets and schedules
• Manage performance, report progress, and initiate action to assure program/project objectives are met
• Resolve problems and coordinate the final turnover of the project to the customer
• Maintain expert knowledge of the different engine frame configurations per customer within the LTSA and LTMA fleet
• Ensure technical instructions are fully defined for subsequent implementation and execution of repair and modification services
• Communicate and represent the LTSA Programs in discussions with the Orlando Service Center
• Provide knowledge of repair cycle impact on component lifecycle
• Coordinate communication between MHI and MPW-A as required for LTSA technical and implementation issues
• Review detailed information packages prepared by Orlando Service Center or Takasago engineering prior to implementing modifications
• Travel to customer facility locations for corrective action coordination as required
• Perform other duties as required
