About the role
- Conduct job evaluations and benchmark roles to market.
- Serve as primary system administrator for MPWA’s compensation management software.
- Support annual compensation processes including annual salary review and bonus cycles.
- Support development of compensation communications and tools to help employees understand their total rewards package.
- Perform analysis on current and future compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and as well as internal and external competitiveness and equity.
- Partner with Human Resource and cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide compensation projects and initiatives.
- Support and enhance monthly human resources reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Statistics or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in analytical, math, or human resource’s analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience with compensation management software is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other similar HRIS software.
- Familiarity with data-driven creative optimization and performance reporting.
