About the role
- The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical support manufacturing and repair operations.
- Focuses on process optimization, continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Responsibilities include creating work instructions, reviewing technical reports, supporting ISO audits, and validating that products meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university required.
- Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as industry reports and technical journals.
- Ability to write technical reports and correspondence including customer reports.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to make judgment decisions based on material specifications or technical requirements.
- Advanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, drawings, programming language, etc.
