About the role
- Lead the governance and implementation of PGS-wide learning initiatives
- Drive knowledge sharing and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure insights and lessons learned from projects, operations, and outages are systematically captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable improvements
- Lead structured lessons-learned sessions for projects, incidents, and milestones
- Collaborate with teams to capture lessons in real time and identify systemic issues
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and create dashboards and reports to track trends, best practices, and risks
- Define governance for accountability in implementing lessons and present findings to senior leadership
- Support teams in applying lessons to new projects and processes and measure program effectiveness through KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Knowledge Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, or organizational learning
- Preferably experience in the Power Generation Industry
- PMP Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
- Proven success designing and managing lessons learned or continuous improvement programs
- Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional organization, including managing multiple priorities, tracking deadlines, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals
