About the role
- Responsible for end-to-end development, introduction, and lifecycle management of HVAC ATW (Air-to-Water) 1-Phase products.
- Formulate and execute product strategies based on market research and customer feedback.
- Accountable for product positioning, market analysis, and technical support.
- Oversee new product introductions using established NPI processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs for engineers and sales teams.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ATW 1-Phase and DHW systems.
Requirements
- 7 years progressive product management experience in mechanical HVAC, including system design and energy analysis.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline (PE, LEED AP, or CEM preferred).
- Expertise in hydronic/DHW distribution system design.
- Proficient with CAD and BIM software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and networking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and training skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player demonstrating METUS core values.
