About the role
- Attend to the company's internal clients, employees, referrals, suppliers and investors in the company's portfolio.
- Monitor internal negotiations using spreadsheets and reports to report directly to the developer's board.
- Manage the portfolio of completed projects.
- Support the sales and customer service teams regarding the portfolio projects.
- Create and update materials for internal communications and training.
- Coordinate internal marketing activities.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve various issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous experience in the real estate sector with customer service and sales support;
- Experience in financial processes, especially payment flow control, is preferred;
- Active CRECI registration (real estate broker license) is considered a plus;
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
