About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements from business teams and translate them into technical specifications
Train end-users on AI agent functionality and best practices
Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using BotDojo and other approved AI tools
Implement workflows and conversation flows based on business requirements
Provide ongoing technical support to users
Maintain documentation for all AI agents and track platform updates and features
Monitor AI agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance and updates
Integrate AI agents with company systems and databases using scripting languages
Create automated workflows for data processing and agent configuration
Ensure AI agents meet security, data privacy, quality, documentation, and version-control standards
Analyze usage metrics and performance data
Generate reports on business impact and efficiency gains

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience defining, debugging, and tweaking prompts for complex AI agents
Intermediate Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting/programming languages
Basic to intermediate understanding of conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, and agent workflow design principles, including guard rails and evaluations
Basic to intermediate skills with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Willingness to learn or basic familiarity with the BotDojo platform, including its interface, configuration options, and deployment processes
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field preferred
