Own and manage enterprise client relationships across an assigned portfolio
Deliver complex legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) and translate them into clear insights for senior stakeholders
Drive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, and ongoing analytics support
Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and lead stewardship/QBR meetings where appropriate
Collaborate with the MBR team on client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues as needed
Identify client needs and objectives and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and resolve issues
Ensure client objectives are clearly documented, tracked, and actively monitored for progress
Oversee the timely approval of project deliverables, maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
Recommend improvements to customer lifecycle processes and internal workflows
Partner with product and engineering teams on prioritisation and testing inputs
Execute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track outcomes through resolution
Stay current on MBR products, services, and industry trends
Travel to client sites as needed

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required; macros preferred)
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across 20–30 enterprise clients
Proven ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for executive audiences
Experience working with client data, reporting, or analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools preferred)
Analytical, process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and business impact
