About the role
- Develop and own the field marketing strategy for Mitratech’s HR Solutions business, aligned to company revenue goals, sales priorities, and buyer needs
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end field marketing programs, including industry conferences, regional field events, executive roundtables, prospecting dinners, webinars, and virtual events
- Design and implement pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendance, participation, and conversion
- Act as the primary strategic marketing partner for our Sales team, identifying opportunities, enabling their success, and ensuring tight follow-up on all field marketing activity
- Own pipeline goals for assigned field programs and measure success through MQLs, pipeline influenced, pipeline sourced, and ROI
- Track, analyze, and report field program performance using Salesforce, HubSpot, Goldcast, etc. to provide clear visibility and insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Content, ABM, and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment
- Build scalable field marketing frameworks and playbooks that support repeatable, high-impact execution
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize event formats, targeting, messaging, and engagement tactics based on performance data
- Leverage AI and marketing technology to improve personalization, efficiency, and reporting across field programs
Requirements
- 4-6 years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or HR technology
- Proven experience owning field marketing programs as an individual contributor, including in-person and virtual events
- Deep understanding of Sales motions and how field marketing supports pipeline creation and acceleration
- Track record of driving and measuring pipeline impact through field programs
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms) to track performance and ROI
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders while operating as an individual contributor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through.
Benefits
- Anticipated Pay Range: Up to 70K Annually USD plus 5% annual bonus.
