Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English required.
- Must communicate effectively and courteously with distributors, builders, owners, co-workers, and customers.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Capable of writing professional correspondence.
- Able to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus; may be required in locations with a high concentration of Spanish-speaking customers.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Must be able to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Able to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to diagnose repair issues, develop corrective action plans, and coordinate resources.
- Able to identify potential liability risks and escalate appropriately.
- Demonstrates sound judgment in all situations.
- Aerial lift truck operation certification required.
- Valid Class D driver’s license required.
