About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the leader of the supply chain with driving business transformation
- Drive any day-to-day issues to support the leader of the supply chain.
- Gate keeper to all improvement initiatives.
- Assist in defining roadmaps for the future supply chain.
- Ensure all transformation initiative take best in class practices for future supply chain goals.
- Coordinate senior directors and vice presidents involved in supply chain transformation.
- Provide regular readout to leadership and sponsors.
- Manage the financial aspects of supply chain operations
- Provide thought leadership and facilitate cross functional problem solving across company's supply chain network
- Drive proper reporting of financial benefits of transformation programs into finance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Budget management
- Proven success in project coordination roles
- Business mindset with focus on developing creative solutions
- Reporting and tracking capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership & communication skills at the executive level; comfortable with presenting to the C-suite when needed
- Strong expertise in analysis of P&L’s, financial viability of potential suppliers, food cost models and supplier’s cost formulas
- A sense of urgency related to the day-to-day supply chain activities
- Strong Change Management skills
- High integrity individual with Strong Leadership skills
- Knowledge of ERP & Standard cost systems
- Ability to prioritize work to best fit the needs of the Company and its customers
- Ability to work under pressure from internal and external sources and to adjust to rapidly changing circumstances due to personnel issues, time constraints, inventory problems, planning errors, etc.
- Strong track record of success in transformation Supply Chain leadership and decision-making.
